Bio
Mr. Russell's appraisal career began in 2004 as a residential appraisal, and in 2005, he moved into commercial appraisal work with a small local firm. Two years after receiving general commercial certifications in Oregon and Washington, he opened his own appraisal business with Yamhill County as his home base. Having merged his business into the Appraisal Consulting Group, Mr. Russell is looking forward to experience growth and working with the team.
